Intensive Outpatient Substance Use Disorder
Treatment Program
Population: Human Skills & Resources offers Outpatient Treatment Services to individuals and families coping with mental health and/or substance abuse needs.
Settings: Outpatient services are offered at all Human Skills & Resources locations, including offices in Tulsa, Sapulpa, and Claremore.
Days/Hours: Human Skills and Resources believes it is important to offer treatment services when those requesting services can access them. As such, appointments and treatment services are available during the work day Monday thru Friday, as well as evening times at all locations.
Frequency: Intensive Outpatient treatment is specific to each consumer who seeks services at Human Skills and Resources and will be determined based on the assessment and treatment plan that is developed between you and your counselor. Intensive Outpatient treatment at a minimum will consists of attending 9 hours of group therapy per week along with 2 individual psychotherapy sessions monthly. Case Management and Crisis Intervention services will be provided as needed.
Fees/Payer:
Group Services - $28/Hr
Individual Services - $120/Hr
Individuals with a qualifying insurance plan or who are funded by Medicaid or ODMHSAS may be charged a copay/co-insurance as allowed. Reduced rates are also available for those who qualify. Please speak with office staff to complete an application for a reduced rate.
Referral: Many community agencies refer consumers to Human Skills and Resources, including multiple District Courts (Criminal Court, Drug Court, & Juvenile Court), Department of Corrections, Department of Human Services, and the Department of Public Safety.
