Rosie Andrews oversees Court Services including coordinating Drug Court and Veteran’s Treatment Court, and Community Corrections.

Todd Redding, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Redding has overseen the Medication Clinic and Medication Assisted Recovery Program since joining Human Skills & Resources in 2014.

Terri Joslin directs the Human Resources functions and serves as our Corporate Compliance Officer.

Paula Inbody, LCSW

Strategic Advisor

Paula Inbody as over 40 years of experience in behavioral health. She became Clinical Director in 1999, Executive Director in 2007, and was named Chief Executive Officer in 2013 and retired in December 2023.
