Full Time Mental Health/Substance Abuse Counselor

LADC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW licensed or under supervision for license, required. Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related human services field.

Conduct evaluations for varied referral sources. Complete orientation, biopsychsocial assessments, treatment and discharge planning. Facilitate group education and treatment sessions, as well as individual and crisis intervention services.

Ability to complete detailed, yet concise progress notes on all services provided. Ensure proper treatment authorizations are in place, accuracy and completeness of billed services.

25 hours per week of productivity expected based on a 40 hour work week. Must be available to work at least 2 evenings a week, until 7:00pm, to meet with clients. This position is located in our Tulsa office.

Full Time Supervision Officer

Human Skills & Resources is seeking a full-time Supervision Officer in our Sapulpa office. Responsibilities include providing supervision to those on probation for drug and/or alcohol related offenses; monitoring offenders compliance with probation requirements. Updating information and provide reports as needed for court. Observing gender specific UA's for drug testing.

Successful candidates must be detail oriented and able to multi-task and have a good working Knowledge of computers. Hours for this position will vary. Occasional Saturday coverage will be required.

Bi-lingual (Spanish) Front Office Support Staff

Check in and assist clients with paperwork, answer phone, make appointments, confirm appointments by phone, collect payments, copy/scan/fax information as needed, translate for clinical staff when needed. Busy office and must be able to prioritize duties. Hours are Monday – Thursday 10:30am – 7:30pm, Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm.


PT Contract Counselor

Currently we have a need for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, to facilitate groups. Must be licensed in the state of Oklahoma as an LADC, LPC, LMFT or LCSW or under Supervision for LADC or LPC licensure. Groups are at 5:30pm and 7:00pm.
